We are the data controller responsible for your personal data under the EU/UK GDPR and Irish data protection law.
2) What data we collect
We only collect what we need for booking, providing treatments, and running our business.
- Identity & contact: name, phone, email, WhatsApp handle, booking ID.
- Booking details: appointment date/time, selected service(s), therapist preference, notes you provide.
- Wellbeing / intake notes (optional): relevant information you choose to share (e.g., areas of tension, recent injuries, allergies, pregnancy status). We only ask for what is needed to tailor your treatment safely.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card details).
- Communications: messages sent via our website forms, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, cookie IDs, pages viewed, and interactions (see “Cookies & Analytics”).
3) How we get your data
- Directly from you (website forms, booking system, phone/WhatsApp, in-person).
- Automatically via cookies/analytics when you use our site.
- From third-party booking or payment tools you use to book or pay.
4) Why we use your data (lawful bases)
- To provide services & manage bookings (performing a contract).
- To tailor treatments safely (your consent for any wellbeing/intake notes; you can withdraw consent anytime).
- To send appointment confirmations/reminders & respond to enquiries (legitimate interests / contract).
- To take payment & issue receipts (contract / legal obligation for tax records).
- To improve our website and services (legitimate interests – analytics).
- Marketing with your consent (e.g., occasional offers by email/WhatsApp/SMS). You can opt out at any time.
5) Sharing your data (processors & recipients)
We share data only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed:
- Online booking/CRM: [LeadConnector/HighLevel] to manage appointments and notifications.
- Payments: [Stripe/SumUp/etc.] to process card payments securely.
- Website & hosting: hostingireland to run our site.
- Analytics & tags: [Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager] to understand site usage.
- Messaging: WhatsApp/Meta to communicate with you if you contact us there.
We may also share data if required by law or to protect our rights.
6) International transfers
Some providers may store data outside the EEA/UK. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.
7) Data retention
- Client/booking records: typically 6 years after your last appointment (to manage queries and meet tax/legal obligations).
- Wellbeing/intake notes: no longer than 2 years after your last visit, unless you ask us to keep them for future treatments or law requires longer.
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Analytics/cookies: per cookie lifespan (see Cookie section).
We securely delete/anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
8) Your privacy rights
You can:
- Access a copy of your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (where applicable)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (this won’t affect prior lawful use)
- Data portability (receive or have us send your data to another provider)

10) WhatsApp, calls & messages
If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we’ll use your number and message content to respond and manage your booking. WhatsApp is provided by Meta—your use of it is also governed by Meta’s terms and privacy policy.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without parent/guardian consent.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (access controls, encryption in transit, regular updates, and staff confidentiality). No method is 100% secure, but we work to minimise risks.
