The Journey
A path shaped by presence, patience, and the language of touch.
For two decades, Ildikó has practiced one of the oldest forms of human care — the deliberate, attentive act of helping a body remember how to rest. Her work began in Hungary, where she trained in the foundations of anatomy, holistic and therapeutic massage, before crossing paths with the lineage of Tera-Mai Reiki here in Ireland.

Today, she is the founder of Healing Massage & Reiki on The Coombe in Dublin 8 — a small, intentionally designed studio where every detail, from the lighting to the linen, is chosen to dissolve the noise of the outside world. Each treatment is a conversation: never rushed, never formulaic, always tuned to the person on the table.

What qualifications does Ildikó hold?
Nine professional certifications across two countries: Tera-Mai Reiki I, II and III (Master & Teacher), Tera-Mai Seichem I, II and III (Master & Teacher), Certificate of Holistic Massage, Certificate of Therapeutic Massage, and a foundational massage qualification from Hungary. Her Reiki lineage traces directly to Dr. Mikao Usui through Reiki Master Patricia Loughlin.
What's the difference between Reiki and Tera-Mai Seichem?
Reiki works with one healing ray — the Golden Elemental Earth energy. Tera-Mai Seichem expands that to the full spectrum: Sakara (Fire), Sophi-EL (Water), Reiki (Earth), and Angeliclight (Air and Spirit). Ildikó is qualified to work in either modality depending on what feels right for the client.
Where is the studio, and what are the opening hours?
Healing Massage & Reiki is at Unit 2A, The Coombe, The Liberties, Dublin 8, D08 CA46. The studio is open every day from 11am to 9pm, including weekends.
How long does a typical treatment last?
Sessions are usually 60 or 90 minutes. The first appointment includes a short consultation so the treatment can be shaped around what you actually need on the day.
